The position involves completing activities related to installations, configuration, operations of systems hardware and software, and related to corporate technology equipment. The role serves as a direct point of contact to clients and customers in the sale of refurbished technology equipment, including laptops, desktops, thin clients, workstations, tablets, and various peripheral devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining repair inventory logs, processing Service Now orders, and participating in software testing as necessary. The technician will also support the discovery and evaluation of unused equipment, assist with refurbishment processes, and ensure compliance with the company's risk and regulatory standards.
