As a Technology Engineer Sr within PNC's Site Reliability Center organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, and Birmingham, AL. Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Technology Engineers. Candidates should have experience with the following: Key Areas of Responsibility 1. BOT Automation & RPA Support Monitor, troubleshoot, and update RPA bots that automate basic manual processes, ensuring stable execution and quick resolution of failures. Modify bot logic and scripts when breakdowns occur, supporting continuous automation reliability and efficiency. 2. VFAS/QFAS Application Support & Integration Support the health and uptime of the VFAS and QFAS in‑house validation platforms across hundreds of servers by ensuring expected processes, ports, and services are functioning. Contribute to low‑level Java development and integration efforts that expand VFAS coverage and ensure accurate system checks and validations. 3. Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IC/CAC) Support Assist application domain teams with IaC workflows by reviewing YAML submissions, resolving configuration issues, and ensuring correct server builds through automated pipelines. Diagnose performance or configuration problems (e.g., online banking servers), rebuild environments from known-good states, and maintain clean, reproducible IaC definitions. Job Description Leads in the development of the most complex new and emerging technologies and selects appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions. Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions. Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives. Consults junior staff regarding complex issues and best practices. Provides a systematic analysis on the most complex client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered. Oversees the quality of complex project deliverables while ensuring that they are in compliance with relevant standards and processes. Requirements

Responsibilities
