Requirements

  • 8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of direct cloud engineering experience across multiple cloud providers.
  • Technology Infrastructure leadership and change management experience in large banks or equivalent large scale, highly regulated companies.
  • 2+ years leading Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Delivery of key capabilities in large scale enterprises.
  • 8+ years of direct cyber security experience in the areas of access management, network security, threat identification and management, and data loss prevention to include AI prompt protection with such capabilities as Model Armor.

  • Deliver key Cloud Services that enable Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and other Native services across multiple cloud providers inclusive of GCP and Azure.
  • Establish clear expectations with CIO software development teams, set clear accountability with partners including information security, observability and risk management teams to ensure delivery success.
  • Lead global software development teams through Agile delivery processes that satisfy Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and deliver against customer expectations.
  • Drive key technology decisions with support from Cloud Architecture, Information Security and Risk Partners to ensure cloud products support safety/soundness and operate at enterprise scale.
