GlobalFoundries' Product Line Research and Development Organization is looking for a Power GaN Technology Development Program Technical Leader (Tech Lead). The Tech Lead will be responsible for coordinating all technology development activities needed to execute the development of a competitive, differentiated, high value new technology offering for one or more customers. The time span of this activity can extend from the initiation of technology development through the successful qualification and yield ramp of a customer product. This activity will include developing a plan for executing technology development, leading a team of device and process integration engineers to execute this plan, and coordinating with all necessary groups to execute the goals of the technology development program. The goal of the tech lead is to accomplish a technology development that meets the performance, cost, manufacturability, yield, reliability, and quality goals. The technology should be the foundation of a valuable, differentiated, and competitive customer solution. They can be expected to have the support and cooperation of product management, design enablement, quality, reliability, fab operations, and engineering teams.
