AT&T is seeking motivated recent graduates for our Technology Development Program, a 36-month project-based rotational experience across four tracks. Participants will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain broad technical skills to accelerate their technology careers.

Requirements

  • A four-year or graduate degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) completed before the start date.
  • Availability to begin full-time employment by July 2026.
  • Ability to work on-site at least 5 days per week at the specified office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Join a mission-critical team planning, building, and operating advanced wireless and fiber networks.
  • Impact voice, video, and data solutions as we move toward automated networks.
  • Work on 5G, fiber design, and innovative projects with technical and leadership growth opportunities.
  • Use AI/ML to enhance network performance, optimize operations, and drive data-informed decisions.
