About The Position

Healthcare Digital, division within Compass Digital, has a Great Opportunity for a Technology Delivery Manager.  The Technology Delivery Manager performs a project management function and is responsible for managing the implementation of retail digital solutions.  Retail is comprised of Point of Sale, Order and Pay Kiosk, Self Check Out, Mobile Ordering, Digital Signage and Cashless products at our healthcare client locations across the U.S. This position supports strategic and tactical activities that must be balanced to achieve the desired results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of technology project management experience
  • Approximately 70% travel required (varies within season), including weekends and some holidays
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in network diagrams and connectivity
  • Working knowledge of restaurant or retail technology and terminology including point of sale systems, kitchen management systems, and Internet access technologies
  • Service oriented collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships
  • Energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly developed sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Effective organization, planning, problem solving and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare technology and EMR experience highly preferred and restaurant point-of-sale experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and self-manage technology implementation projects (strategic, existing, and new business) assigned by Manager and Director
  • Ensure product implementation plans are developed and executed within agreed upon timelines
  • Conduct IT assessments at hospitals and create network diagrams that adhere to standards
  • Assembly of hardware and network equipment, plus, troubleshoot routers, switches, vendor software onsite in a healthcare setting (hospitals and Sr. dining facilities)
  • Navigate conversations on network requirements, interface throughput, hardware launch, and training on back of house solutions across multiple teams.
  • Ensure that project estimates are accurate, complete and that scope changes are documented, and approved in advance of the work being performed
  • Support other team members’ projects as needed to achieve team success
  • Communicate and lead calls and meetings with internal resources, external vendors, business operations and our client representatives to define and execute solutions
  • Keep apprised of your project status, escalate concerns, and provide regular updates to the Team Lead and Director
  • Adapt tools and processes to accommodate changes and improve accuracy and efficiencies
  • Complete objectives and deliverables to align with organizational goals and team strategic direction
