As a Delivery Lead in the Communications, Media, and High-Tech (CMT) sector, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects and programs of work on large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. This role involves managing the project delivery of technology solutions and applications at CMT clients, including custom solutions, Salesforce, and Oracle, with a team distributed across various locations and time zones. You will also manage contract financials and ensure that delivery contract commitments are met, creating a supportive environment for team members to execute successfully. In this position, you will identify and implement innovation opportunities by leveraging New IT capabilities such as Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs, and Microservices to drive improved cost, quality, and speed for projects or programs. Stakeholder governance will be crucial to ensure high client satisfaction. Travel may be required for this role, with the amount varying from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
