About The Position
The Technology Cyber & Security Analyst Graduate Program at Barclays is a two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates who are eager to embark on a career in cyber security. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience across various teams within the Chief Security Office, focusing on protecting the bank and its clients from cyber threats. Participants will engage in three rotations, allowing them to explore different aspects of cyber security, including Cyber & Physical Security, Resilience, Crisis Management, Security Operations, and Intelligence. This immersive experience is aimed at equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to tackle the ever-evolving challenges posed by cyber criminals. As a member of the Cyber Security team, you will play a crucial role in defending the bank against cyber threats. The team is dedicated to proactive research on potential threats and reactive responses to incidents that may compromise security. The program emphasizes continuous learning and adaptation, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to meet the demands of a rapidly changing cyber landscape.
