The Collaboration technology team enables effective adoption and usage of the firm’s enterprise AI and collaboration technology tools, overseeing the pilot testing, rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of these tools within the rules and policies set by the firm’s Information Governance group. The Technology Collaboration Services Specialist will deliver key initiatives related to the pilot testing, roadmap, adoption, user awareness, and support strategy for these platforms, including Enterprise AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, and/or ChatGPT) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Box, Diligent, Liquid Files, and others). Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, the Specialist will help identify and prioritize use cases, coordinate user pilot testing, support the adoption of these tools, and ensure governance standards are met in collaboration with the firm’s Information Governance and Training teams.
