About The Position
Steadfast Solutions is seeking a Technology Center Coordinator to join our growing IT consulting team in Roxbury, MA. As the Technology Center Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at the Neighborhood Network Center. This includes providing direct instruction of various courses for youth, adults, and senior citizens, as well as periodic reporting to upper management regarding center activities. You will also organize showcases of youth programs and enforce all center rules to maintain an educationally friendly atmosphere. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from maintaining center equipment to assisting residents with employment-related tasks and providing individualized tutoring for students from 1st through 12th grade. The position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable leading interactive workshops and providing personalized support to students and community members. You will be expected to travel between various Boston area computer centers based on staffing needs, complete daily logs of center attendees, and create promotional materials for computer classes. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with tech center affiliates and prepare monthly reports for management and affiliates. This role is essential in fostering a supportive learning environment and ensuring the success of our community programs.
