This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will: Learn how to work within a corporate environment Learn about the exciting world of Fintech and the role FIS plays Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities Build a network of your peers from across the organization This position is for a January 26, 2026 start.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development.
  • Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML).
  • An understanding of programming languages such as Python, Hyperion, XML, and SQL.
  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

  • Performs analyses of the business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment for appropriate FIS segment, division, group or line of business.
  • Performs research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to the manager or project leader.
  • Plans business processes and makes recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes.
  • User Acceptance Testing for new development on our SecurLOCK applications/products, working directly with our IT and Operations team.
  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
