Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT Disciplines, Business, Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Technical Writing, or UX Design).
  • 5+ years’ experience as a designer, preferably in the automotive or fleet industry.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs.
  • Experience with Azure Dynamics, Figma/Uizard, PL/SQL.
  • Experience in a client-facing role including virtual and in-person interaction.
  • Experience testing designs through usability and regression testing methods.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit characteristics of a successful Technology Business Analyst III.
  • Work and collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
  • Partner with Product and Platform Managers to develop strategy and rationale for features.
  • Influence without authority and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Facilitate both technical and non-technical conversations.
  • Conduct market research to understand and gather ideas from similar products.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process including creation of design concepts and prototypes.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  • Advance the customer experience vision by aligning with Holman’s CX Team.
  • Write formal business requirements documents for platform management.
  • Collaborate with development and business stakeholders to create and adhere to project timelines.
  • Handle complex technical problems and assist users in using applications.
  • Create and implement feedback tracking procedures.
  • Complete online webcasts and presentations for clients/prospects.
