Protiviti is looking for a Technology Audit & Advisory Manager to join our growing Healthcare team.

Requirements

• 5+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, risk and control programs, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Business-Related Field) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, prioritization, time management, and self-directed research skills.
• In-depth understanding of IT audit methodologies, concepts, tools, and objectives.
• Knowledge and interest in data & technology, including cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of commonly used information technology frameworks / regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, HITRUST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc.
• Ability to translate technology topics and audit issues into 'business speak' to be understood by executives.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including audit documentation and presentations.

Nice To Haves

• An MBA with healthcare concentration / focus or MHA preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or RPA Solutions a plus.
• Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide best in class advice and solutions.
• Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery and valuable insights.
• Understand client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and healthcare industry.
• Assess, identify risk, advise, and consult on a wide variety of technology related topics.
• Discuss technical and industry trends and seek opportunities to demonstrate and teach seniors and staff on the job.
• Build and manage client relationships while delivering specific product solutions that add value.
• Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to optimize client service capabilities.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of strategy to win new business.
• Interact with and mentor junior team members, including participating in the creation and rollout of training and developing skill sets.
• Make conscious use of real-time supervision during all phases of an engagement to develop our people.
• Create extraordinary development opportunities and ways for the team to make an impact on clients and communities.
