About The Position

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Audit & Advisory Manager to join our growing Healthcare team. Managers partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best in class advice and solutions. The goal of the manager is to understand their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and healthcare industry. Managers are developing contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market. Technology Audit & Advisory is about helping clients better understand and manage risks associated with their use of technology, to protect and drive enterprise value. Managers in Technology Audit & Advisory work with clients to assess, identify risk, advise, and consult on a wide variety of technology related topics, including major technology projects, cybersecurity, cloud, data, enterprise applications, disaster recovery, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, risk and control programs, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Business-Related Field) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• In-depth understanding of IT audit methodologies, concepts, tools, and objectives.
• Knowledge of commonly used information technology frameworks / regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, HITRUST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc.
• Ability to translate technology topics and audit issues into business language for executives.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including audit documentation and presentations.

Nice To Haves

• An MBA with healthcare concentration / focus or MHA preferred.
• Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or RPA Solutions a plus.
• Foundational awareness of Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), Personal Health Records (PHRs), and Interoperability / MACRA-MIPS.
• Interest or experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies.

• Build and manage client relationships while delivering specific product solutions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions and optimize client service capabilities.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of strategy to win new business.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in training and skill development.
• Manage multiple teams, execute projects, and oversee client accounts.
