About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Associate to support our R&D and Manufacturing teams. This role is responsible for creating and managing physical samples that support R&D and AI training data collection efforts and Manufacturing of Quality Control kits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or current enrollment in a college or university program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with various team members and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with R&D and Manufacturing processes and Quality control (QC) equipment
• Background and experience in manufacturing and R&D environments including chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, analytical chemistry labs and similar industrial and laboratory settings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build samples according to work instructions to meet R&D and Production needs and sample delivery schedules.
• Collect, organize, and manage data from various sources to support R&D projects.
• Screen samples using MailSecur system to collect model training data to meet daily and weekly sample collection targets.
• Improve existing and develop new work instructions with focus on quality and reproducibility.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Manufacturing teams to understand project goals, device operations, and data needs.
• Maintain detailed records of data sources, annotations, and physical samples for future reference.
• Assist in setting up and running experiments, including preparing materials and equipment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts and ensure compliance with safety requirements
