About The Position
This position is a part-time role at Sentrics, Inc., located in Cincinnati, OH, requiring 24 hours of work per week. The Technology Associate will be responsible for providing on-site support at the client's facility, focusing on the management and development of resident and staff relations. This role involves close communication with various departments at the corporate office to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Technology Associate will deliver administrative assistance, technical support, and training to both residents and staff on-site, addressing their technology-related needs and challenges. The position requires the individual to be physically active, as it involves constant standing and walking. The role may also necessitate mobility tasks such as bending, kneeling, crawling, and lifting, particularly when assisting with the installation and troubleshooting of resident equipment. The Technology Associate will be the first point of contact for residents facing technology service challenges, including issues with phones, internet, television/home theatre systems, laptops, and other related devices. This position is crucial in ensuring that residents receive timely and effective technical support, thereby enhancing their overall experience. In addition to technical support, the Technology Associate will also handle administrative tasks, such as opening service tickets in the ticketing system for any requests or issues identified at the site level. They will monitor these tickets to provide necessary follow-up and ensure resolution. Training staff and residents on the use of Sentrics systems, applications, and services is also a key responsibility, along with attending onsite client presentations and resident meetings to foster better communication and satisfaction.
