About The Position

The Technology Architect position requires 12-15 years of TIBCO Development and Design experience, specifically using TIBCO BW 5.x, 6.x, TIBCO Admin, EMS, and BPM. The role involves analyzing and reviewing business functional and high-level technical requirements, designing detailed technical components for complex applications utilizing high-level architecture design patterns and reusable code, and planning and conducting code reviews for changes and enhancements to ensure standards compliance and systems interoperability.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of TIBCO Development and Design experience.
• Experience with TIBCO BW 5.x, 6.x, TIBCO Admin, EMS, and BPM.
• TIBCO related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ability to solve problems and reach resolution with a broader perspective in mind.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the client onsite team, offshore team, peers, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Jira/Confluence, Agile, Git, AzureDevops.
