The Principal Operational Technology (OT) Architect will be responsible for leading a virtual group of multi-disciplined technical professionals to create high-quality operational technology architecture and solutions that meet PG&E’s goals and strategic direction. The Principal OT Architect will set the direction for the OT services and standards and work very closely with stakeholders in order to gather requirements, propose OT architectural solutions and provide economic and business justification for such plans. The Principal OT Architect would be an outstanding communicator and would represent the ICS organization in the Operations Technology space and its services. The Principal OT Architect will be authoring and proposing initiatives and system projects to IT Value Stream Owners for the implementation considerations and budget allocation. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. PG&E is providing the full salary range for this position. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The reasonable range to expect will be around the minimum to the mid-point of the range. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
