About the position

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented teammate to help keep our restaurant tech and systems running smoothly. This is a hybrid role combining light IT support, system coordination, and day-to-day operations assistance across our restaurant and hospitality businesses. You'll help support platforms like Toast (POS) and xtraCHEF (inventory), assist with digital orders, and work alongside our Marketing and Ops teams to keep promotions, reporting, and system integrations on point. You'll be a go-to problem solver and team connector, working directly with our Director of IT and key department heads. No need to be an expert in every system listed below-if you're sharp, organized, and comfortable learning new tech, we'll train you.

Responsibilities

  • Helping Marketing and Operations teams manage promotions and loyalty campaigns on Toast and Paytronix
  • Supporting our restaurant managers with POS and inventory tools (Toast, xtraCHEF, Restaurant365)
  • Troubleshooting basic tech issues (digital orders, user logins, data entry errors, etc.)
  • Helping gather and organize reports for restaurant performance and sales trends
  • Working with IT to ensure our systems are running cleanly and syncing properly
  • Occasionally traveling to our restaurant locations (company car provided when needed)

Requirements

  • Comfortable with technology, spreadsheets, and figuring things out
  • Naturally organized and able to manage multiple tasks without getting flustered
  • A good communicator-whether you're explaining things to a restaurant manager or our IT team
  • Adaptable and resourceful-you don't need handholding to solve problems
  • Interested in hospitality, operations, or food tech (bonus if you've worked in restaurants)

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with platforms like Toast, xtraCHEF, Paytronix, or Restaurant365
  • Experience with marketing tools, loyalty programs, or POS systems
  • Any background in restaurants, customer service, or administrative support
