About The Position

The Technology & Analytics Lead supports the Technical Program Management (TPM) function and collaborates with all Laboratory groups to ensure smooth execution of programs and commercial initiatives. This role focuses on tracking targets, analyzing performance, and facilitating communication across departments to drive operational efficiency and business growth. Working closely with Lab Services leadership, Business Development, Sales, and Finance, the Coordinator plays a key role in monitoring project performance, identifying process improvements, and providing the data and insights needed to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, project management or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in related field.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft business applications.
  • Experience managing or providing oversight for one or more complex programs required.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams and to collaborate effectively to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support Technical Program Management in tracking targets, preparing analytical performance reports, and assisting in implementing actions to achieve results.
  • Coordinate with TPM, Operations, and Supervisors to track and monitor programs through the lab lifecycle.
  • Maintain timely and relevant communication with internal stakeholders, including project updates, resource planning, and preparation for large client multi-year program reviews.
  • Assist in monitoring the budget and scope of Laboratory programs, including projected dates, risk tracking, revenue analysis, and billing accuracy in partnership with Finance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and sales analytics reporting to track performance against commercial goals.
  • Partner with Laboratory Leadership and Business Development to analyze data that supports business expansion and commercialization efforts.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and territory/account planning in partnership with Sales Leadership.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and operational workflows; work cross-functionally to implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure project outcomes align with Lab Services goals and client expectations.
  • Share performance updates, highlight team achievements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
