About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Analyst to join our technology and business operations team. This role plays a critical part in evaluating, designing, and optimizing technology systems that support organizational goals. The Technology Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze technical requirements, improve system performance, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance efficiency, security, and scalability. This position is ideal for candidates who are analytical thinkers, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, and eager to contribute to strategic technology initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in a Technology Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret complex technical information and translate it into actionable business insights
  • Experience working with data analysis tools, reporting systems, or enterprise software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, or infrastructure analysis
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, or compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current technology systems, platforms, and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
  • Evaluate system performance, data accuracy, and technology effectiveness
  • Develop recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and new technology implementations
  • Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews
  • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with IT, security, operations, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data governance standards, and security protocols
