Job Title Technology - Analyst Program I Technology Analyst: Application Development What does a successful Technology Analyst- Application Development do? We are looking for a proactive analyst to join our team! This track within the Technology Analyst Program will give you the opportunity to code, program, test, and analyze application software. You will assist in supporting existing business applications or be a part of a team in the creation of new applications that benefit our vast client base!

Requirements

• Technical Foundation: Proficiency in Java and a solid understanding of Microservices (REST APIs, service communication, etc.).
• Android Development: Foundational experience in Android development (Android Studio, SDK components, and mobile UI basics).
• Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to Kubernetes and Docker through internships, personal projects, or academic coursework.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to organization.
• Agility: Ability to handle diverse workloads, learn new technologies quickly, and meet multiple deadlines.
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with modern Android tools such as Kotlin or Jetpack Compose is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Code using Java/Kotlin to build and maintain robust, scalable microservices and Android applications.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications within a Kubernetes environment.
• Develop mobile features and maintain codebases for the Android platform.
• Work collaboratively to develop premier solutions for our internal and external partners.
• Design and document technical requirements and API specifications for business applications.
• Consult with business analysts to identify and solve complex business needs through technology.
