About The Position

The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is a two-year, early career development experience designed to accelerate your growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a specific technology track, analysts gain hands-on experience, build technical and professional skills, and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. What does a successful Technology Analyst-Cyber Security do? Cybersecurity Analysts help protect Fiserv's digital infrastructure by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to potential threats. You'll gain exposure to areas like threat detection, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation, while working with modern tools and collaborating across teams. This track is ideal for proactive, high-performing individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or later in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, MIS, or related technology fields
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • 0-2 years of professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to cybersecurity concepts such as threat modeling, risk assessment, and incident response
  • Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanners)
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Support threat detection and incident response efforts by analyzing data from security tools and systems
  • Collaborate with teams to assess vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Monitor network and system activity for anomalies and potential risks
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
  • Participate in security audits and compliance reviews
  • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
