About The Position

The Technology Analyst Program at Fiserv is an early career development initiative designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in application development within the Fintech sector. Over a period of 2 to 2.5 years, participants will engage in structured assessments and assignments that enhance their coding, programming, and analytical skills while contributing to the development and support of business applications.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program with a Technology or Mathematics major.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Knowledge of .NET, JCL, Java, JavaScript, Python, R, or SQL.
• Application/software development experience through internships or coursework.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with .NET, COBOL, PowerBi, Tableau, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Code using a variety of programming languages such as Java, Python, C, and C#.
• Work collaboratively to develop solutions for internal and external partners.
• Design and document technical requirements for business applications.
• Consult with business analysts to identify and address business needs.
