As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Technology Adoption & Operations Intern to join the 2026 Fall Internship class. The Global Technology Solutions Operations and Technology Adoption team supports the effective, reliable, and secure use of enterprise technology across the organization. The team focuses on operational coordination, process standardization, and driving successful adoption of technology by partnering with the business on training, change management, communications, and ongoing support. Its work helps ensure technology investments deliver value, are sustainably adopted, and align with organizational priorities. This Technology Adoption & Operations Intern will support multiple leaders by assisting with project coordination, data tracking, communications, and administrative tasks, contributing to the successful execution of technology, adoption, and operational efforts. This position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates. It reports to the Coordinator, Global Technology Solutions. The position requires 30-40 hours per week, primarily during the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm EST. As volunteers, interns and fellows receive a monthly stipend to help defray their expenses related to participating in the internship program. This volunteer stipend is not an hourly wage, nor wages paid for services provided by the intern or fellow. Fall internship program dates are September 14 – December 11, 2026.
