Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate advanced semiconductor devices through testing, measurement, and data analysis. Collaborate across teams to link device physics and develop test methodologies and algorithms for wafer test and characterization. Conduct experiments, analyze device data, investigate root-causes, and present findings. Mentor peers, lead technical reviews, and serve as a subject-matter expert. What You’ll Bring / Technical Expertise Great foundation in semiconductor physics and electrical characterization. Deep understanding of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memory test methodologies. Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and parametric systems (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, wafer probers, parametric ATE, and bench systems). Experience using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems such as Advantest and Teradyne. Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and Unix/Linux, for automation and analysis. Proven ability to scale characterization methods into production flows. Creative problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of high-speed interface protocols, like: NAND (Toggle/ONFI) DDR3–DDR5, LPDDR3–LPDDR5 GDDR3–GDDR6, HBM2/3/3E/4 Knowledge in serial testing like SCAN, JTAG or other serial protocols. Background in data analytics.
