About The Position

The Technologies and Experimentation Integrator will play a pivotal role as a member of the team, accelerating the transition of cutting-edge DARPA technologies to the warfighter. The primary focus will act as a crucial bridge between DARPA Program Managers and stakeholders, fostering awareness, advocating for technology adoption, and facilitating their seamless integration into operational environments. The ideal candidate will apply a unique blend of technical expertise, operational understanding, exceptional communication skills, and proven relationship-building abilities. Will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of DARPA programs, strategically coordinating transition activities, diligently tracking financial milestones, and serving as a key liaison.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • 4+ years of professional work experience
  • Understanding of military structure with experience working in DoD/DARPA or other Federal Level Service
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentations skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of digital communication architectures, with experience communicating across multiple digital architectures
  • Experience transitioning technology into operational environments including the integration of R&D programs into CCMD exercises and training events
  • Understanding of Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) and how to integrate with CCMD Exercises
  • Ability to implement stakeholder management to cultivate relationships with DARPA Program Managers, INDOPACOM personnel, industry partners, and other key government stakeholders
  • Ability to report to Arlington, VA up to full-time based upon client needs

Nice To Haves

  • MS or STEM Field
  • 10+ years of professional work experience
  • 2+ years working in an R&D environment or working with DARPA programs
  • Understanding of INDOPACOM structure and DARPA relationships; ability to apply knowledge to enable agency inclusion in CCMD Independent
