Work you'll do Deloitte is seeking a Techno-Functional Manager with direct, hands-on experience supporting enhancements within an Integrated Eligibility environment. This role will support targeted enhancements designed to improve SNAP and TANF payment accuracy, with a primary focus on data quality, data analysis, data masking, and data governance within the existing EBMS solution. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting Integrated Eligibility systems, including leading complex data conversion initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data migration, data conversion, data masking and data management specifically within Integrated Eligibility systems.
  • 5+ years of experience leading on- and off- shore teams.
  • 3+ years of technical and functional experience with Integrated Eligibility NextGen solution, including familiarity with existing data structures and workflows.
  • 3+ years of Digital Transformation experience
  • 3+ years of “Eligibility Determination” experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing the full data conversion system development life cycle (SDLC), from design through implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other business-related field
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting eligibility system modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with federal reporting requirements and audit support activities.
  • Experience implementing data governance tools, data quality frameworks, or master data management (MDM) solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or hybrid SDLC methodologies in large public-sector programs.
