  • Lead comprehensive project delivery across both Agile and hybrid methodologies, ensuring projects meet specified goals and exceed expectations.
  • Effectively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks for multiple concurrent initiatives, maintaining a clear focus on priorities and resource allocation.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with engineering, product management, and business teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee platform governance, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and compliance requirements, thereby driving quality and consistency.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful progress reports to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups using industry-standard tools, including JIRA and Azure DevOps, to streamline project workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in IT project management, including a minimum of 2-3 years working with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • A strong understanding of technical architecture and delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with specific ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and DevOps practices.
