About The Position

Wipro Limited is seeking a BY TMS Techno functional Consultant to join their team in Marysville, OH. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with the Blue Yonder TMS solution and should possess both business and technical skills, with a focus on business acumen for Transportation Management Solutions. The role involves supporting the development of training and guidance for platform users, monitoring platform performance, and leading integration efforts with business teams. The consultant will also be responsible for supporting the development of the Value Chain Control Tower platform strategy and collaborating with various teams to implement and maintain the system.

Requirements

• Min 4-5 end-to-end implementations of BY TMS or extensive Transportation Planning and management support.
• Strong in managing customer expectations and stakeholder management.
• Focus on delivery-led growth leading to increased revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of SCM Planning concepts, practices, and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Expert in customization of TMS models and custom operation plan release mechanism in transportation planning.
• Functional & Technical hands-on experience in BY TMS.
• Hands-on experience in BY integration, batch processes, Solution Architecture.
• Familiarity with agile principles and project management.
• Ability to produce quality deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience in handling business requirements in JIRA and similar tools.
• Ability to conduct Business End user Training and grooming internal talent pool.

Responsibilities

• Support development of plan for training, support, and guidance to platform/system users and stakeholders.
• Monitor and measure performance, availability, and quality of the platform/system.
• Strategic partnership with New Value Chain initiatives to drive digital transformation.
• Lead integration of BY TMS solution with extended business team.
• Support SME onboarding and fostering.
• Support Operation Standard creation.
• Support Functional Documentation for SMEs.
• Support SuperUser/Resident Expert Adoption.
• Support development of vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Value Chain Control Tower platform.
• Build and sustain understanding of Honda site's system functionality.
• Support management of the BY TMS backlog and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain the platform/system.
• Support Scaled Agile (SAFe) process and deliverables for BY TMS.
