Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Simandre is our Center of Excellence for Skin Care Cosmetic Packaging Products and Metallization. The position involves diagnosing all production equipment failures, intervening on simple breakdowns across the entire machine park and general means according to manufacturer procedures (preventive and corrective maintenance). The role also includes making necessary modifications to equipment evolution with the support of level 2 technicians, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and recording modifications in the machine file as necessary. Additionally, the position requires inputting preventive and corrective maintenance operations into the maintenance management system (GMAO) and managing spare parts needs with the Maintenance Store Manager. The candidate will also participate in the diagnosis of technical installation malfunctions, follow the preventive maintenance schedule, consult external companies for technical information, supervise corrective maintenance operations performed by subcontractors, set up production equipment, participate in the annual physical inventory, and maintain cleanliness in the maintenance workshop.
