About The Position

The Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position, with compensation based on the needs of the business. Technicians are expected to provide exceptional 5-Star service to guests, which includes effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations regarding time commitments and quality. Compensation for Technicians is based on a flat-rate, performance-based system, allowing them to earn between $25.00 and $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. This system rewards skill and efficiency, enabling technicians to maximize their earnings through their expertise and hard work, with flat rate pay tied to teammate productivity.
