About The Position
The Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position, with compensation based on the needs of the business. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct basic vehicle diagnostics and perform routine vehicle repair and maintenance services, adhering to company standards and manufacturer specifications. Technicians are expected to provide exceptional 5-star service to guests, effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations regarding time commitments and quality. Compensation is flat-rate, ranging from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience. This performance-based system rewards skill and efficiency, allowing technicians to maximize earnings through their expertise and hard work, with flat rate pay tied to teammate productivity.
