Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: You’ll work onsite at the Orlando office in a full-time Technician / Coordinator role supporting a Florida water and wastewater utility. You’ll assist with database administration in the Operations Management System (OpenGov/Cartegraph) and Laserfiche. You’ll enter and maintain assets, attributes, and project data in the OMS for capital projects and repairs. You’ll monitor dashboards, KPIs, and workflows in the OMS and follow up on bottlenecks. You’ll route work authorizations, agreements, and other documents through the OMS. You’ll review agreements and contracts to ensure required provisions and deliverables are being followed. You’ll verify project costs by reviewing material, subcontractor estimates, proposals, and invoices. You’ll create, maintain, and update tracking spreadsheets and electronic job folders using Excel. You’ll assist with official records requests, data requests, third-party damage claims, and reimbursement tracking. You’ll support grants, FEMA and insurance claims, cross-connection control activities, and proposal coordination with engineering and construction firms. Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Entry-level candidates or applicants with 1–4 years of experience in administrative, technical, utility, construction, or project support roles
  • Experience working with databases, asset management systems, or document management systems (e.g., OMS, CMMS, or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including tracking logs, data entry, and basic reporting

  • Exposure to public-sector, municipal, or government-funded projects
