Requirements

• Essential function of the job requires you to climb ladders
• Must be able to meet manufacturer’s safety requirements on equipment used
• Candidate’s body weight + 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds
• Be able to lift 60-80 pounds
• Be able to climb 28-36 foot ladders
• A valid driver’s license
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
• Be able to pass an MVR (driving record) check
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings

Responsibilities

• Provide and install the most advanced home technologies around – everything from satellite dishes to home security and smart home automation
• Play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of satellite dishes and receivers
• Foster positive customer relationships
• Troubleshoot issues
• Guarantee a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
• Follow safety guidelines
• Advise and recommend the best solutions and products to meet the customer’s needs
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in this safety-sensitive role
