About The Position
The Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position, with compensation based on a flat-rate, performance-based system that rewards skill and efficiency. Technicians earn a set amount for each eligible task completed, allowing them to maximize earnings through expertise and hard work, with flat rate pay based on teammate productivity. The primary responsibilities include conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position also requires delivering exceptional 5-star service to guests, effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
