Responsibilities

Produce billable labor on vehicles brought into the service department for service or repair.
Maintain a high standard of quality workmanship for the labor performed.
Keep work area clean as per the Gettel Technician Work Area Responsibilities procedure.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness, grooming, and uniform appearance.
Maintain an acceptable level of self-study training as determined by management.
Flag flat rate that is true and accurate.
Arrive at work, take breaks and lunch, and depart work at the times designated by management.
Inform management of any situation or event that would interfere with established objectives, standards, or company policy.
Inform management of any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or its customers.
