Exhibit knowledge and understanding of Quality practices and showcase them in your work. Possess an acumen to identify discrepancies in documentation and products. Hands on assembly experience with ability to solder, troubleshoot, diagnose and articulate common issues. Partner with Sustaining Engineering in efforts to redesign/troubleshoot and validate product. Sufficiently cross trained on multiple assemblies. Capability to comprehend and follow work instructions, build to blueprints, schematics or drawings with little to no supervision. Willing and able to commit to be an integral part of a successful team. Daily interaction with Instron Business Systems (IFS, Agile, Testing Software). Regular interactions with Engineering to aid in troubleshooting issues, updating work instructions, etc. Engaging with Purchasing and Quality when needed for part issues or non-conformities.
