About The Position

Breeze Heating & Air is Hiring a Full-Time HVAC Technician! Breeze Heating & Air is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician to service, diagnose, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems throughout the Coachella Valley. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $28–$35 per hour + commission, depending on experience. A Day in the Life of an HVAC Technician As a valued member of our team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers comfortable year-round. Each day, you’ll head out to job sites ready to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems. Whether you’re performing routine maintenance, diagnosing system issues, or completing repairs, your goal is to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. You’ll also communicate directly with customers, helping them understand their options and providing honest recommendations. Qualifications for an HVAC Technician Experience in residential HVAC service and/or installation preferred EPA Certification required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Physical ability to perform job-related tasks Work Schedule This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or on-call rotation. Shifts are generally 8–10 hours, depending on workload and season. Requirements

Experience in residential HVAC service and/or installation preferred
EPA Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to perform job-related tasks
5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician.
Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history.
Able to pass a background and drug screening
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must have good oral and written communications skills.
Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.
