About The Position
The Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position, dependent on business needs. The primary responsibility is to conduct basic vehicle diagnostics and perform routine vehicle repair and maintenance services, adhering to company standards and manufacturer specifications. This role requires delivering exceptional 5-Star service to guests, effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality. Technicians are compensated through a flat-rate, performance-based system that rewards skill and efficiency, allowing them to maximize earnings based on the completion of eligible tasks and individual productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance
- ASE Certifications (reimbursement offered, implying desirability)
