General Position Description: The Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing mountain bikes, skis, and snowboards to ensure a safe and premium experience for our guests. This role combines mechanical skill, attention to detail, and customer service, supporting both our bike and winter sports operations.Technicians report directly to the Store Manager and Store Lead.
