About The Position
The Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position, dependent on business needs. The primary responsibility is to conduct basic vehicle diagnostics and perform routine vehicle repair and maintenance services, adhering to company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position requires delivering exceptional 5-Star service to guests, which includes effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality. Compensation is based on a flat-rate, performance-based system that rewards skill and efficiency, allowing technicians to maximize earnings through their expertise and hard work.
