About The Position

A Technician at Incredible Pizza Company (IPC) has the critical responsibility of repairing and maintaining the many types of games and attractions offered. This includes preventative maintenance, electrical, and mechanical repair. The Technician works under the Head Technician and the General Manager of the store. Incredible Pizza Company is a 1950s-themed family entertainment center that features an amazing buffet and a game room full of entertainment like go-karts, laser tag, bumper cars, and arcade games.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and basic computer equipment repair
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Physically able to move supplies and equipment as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in the game room or technical field

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusement equipment, including go-karts, bumper cars, and video games
• Perform preventative maintenance, electrical, and mechanical repair
• Order parts and maintain inventory
• Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Technician Manager
• Provide friendly and courteous interactions with guests when needed
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance
