About The Position

Temco Logistics, the fastest-growing appliance delivery and installation company in the U.S., is expanding in Richmond, CA! We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to drive less, install more, and grow with a company that values hard work, safety, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do: Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes. Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.). Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools. Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components. Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records. Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

MUST be 21+ years of age
Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement

Nice To Haves

Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
