for a friendly and motivated Optometric Technician to join our clinic. No
experience in the medical field? No problem. We provide hands on training,

Location: Noblesville, IN
Wage: $16.00-$18.00 (wage will depends on knowledge, skills, and experience)

This postition is on-site and part-time!

What Does an Optometric Technician Do:

Our technicians play an important role in patient care. You will work closely
with doctors and patients to help ensure each visit runs smoothly and that
doctors have the information they need to provide excellent care.

In this role you will

Collect important patient information and histories
Perform preliminary and ancillary eye testing
Prepare patients for their eye exams
Assist doctors during procedures
Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for eye examinations by explaining the features and benefits of our preliminary testing procedures
• Perform preliminary and doctor requested tests on patients
• Assist optometrists and ophthalmologists during patient procedures
• Coordinate patient scheduling and help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office while communicating delays when needed
• Prepare exam rooms by cleaning instruments and maintaining inventory of medications and supplies
• Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the office manager, team lead, or doctors
