This position requires delivering exceptional 5-Star service to guests through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality. Technicians are compensated through a flat-rate, performance-based system that rewards skill and efficiency, allowing them to maximize earnings based on productivity and expertise.
