The Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. Technicians are paid through a flat-rate, performance-based system designed to reward skill and efficiency, allowing them to maximize earnings through expertise and hard work. The primary responsibility is conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position is also expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
