Pay
$25.00 to $45.00, hourly pay plans as well as bonus pay plans are available, depending on experience.
The Service Technician utilizes all the state-of-the-art equipment and training to efficiently and safely maintain and repair our customers' vehicles. Working as a part of our amazing service team, the technician provides a second-to-none experience for each and every customer. This Technician may come into the company as a Master, Maintenance Tech or Lube Tech, depending on experience
For hourly positions, Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.00 - $50.00.
For a productive/bonus-based pay plan the Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit

Requirements

• Experience as an automotive technician is a plus!!
• Provide a clean and valid California license
• Have the highest level of workmanship
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Estimates cost of repairs
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Documents services performed
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
• Great working demeaner with co-workers
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
• Demonstrates “Caring Drives Us” the Company Core Values
• Complies with Company policies and procedures
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
