About The Position

Perform assembly and performance testing of electro-mechanical fluid control devices. Comply with essential procedures, blueprints, and associated schematics to ensure safety and quality of product. Operate, develop, and maintain high pressure test systems, to include pneumatic, hydraulic, and calibration fluid test stands and pumps. Conduct electrical testing and verifications utilizing various electronic testing devices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of technical or mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Experience analyzing blueprints and developing procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to assemble electro-mechanical hardware.
  • Experience with high pressure testing with various fluids and gases.
  • Ability to conduct electrical tests including, dielectric and insulation resistance testing.
  • Experience soldering to Class B standards. Class A experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft office, word, and excel experience.
  • Experience operating in controlled clean-room environments.
  • Experience conducting clean-room particulate analysis and data collection.
  • Ability to operate diagnostic testing equipment: Oscilloscopes, Lab View, etc.
  • Ability to systematically troubleshoot and repair hardware.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs.
  • Team oriented and willingness to work in a diverse team environment.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functioning teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
  • Willingness to train and mentor junior technicians.
  • Ability to travel 5% - 10% to local vendor locations
  • All candidates must meet the US persons criteria.

  • Vocational School Graduate
  • Associates Degree or Certificate in Engineering Technology
  • Manufacturing processing experience or machining experience a plus.
