About The Position

The Technician is responsible for performing high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles. This role ensures customer satisfaction through accurate work, timely service, and adherence to safety and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or formal training in motorcycle/powersports repair preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a technician in a dealership or similar environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred).

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles and powersports vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and tune-ups.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
Complete work orders accurately and document all repairs and parts used.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all safety protocols.
Stay current on manufacturer training and certifications to ensure technical expertise.
Communicate effectively with the Service Manager and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
